Cubmaster's Message Welcome to West Point and the Hudson Valley.  This is an excellent place in which to introduce your son to scouting or to continue his scouting trail in pursuit of the Arrow of Light.  Pack 23 is an active member of the Hudson Valley Council of the BSA and is tied in to a vibrant community.  Each year we participate in a myriad of activities that contribute to the physical, moral, and intellectual development of our scouts.  We are a family oriented Pack and encourage participation by all members of our families.  We camp, we hike, we cook out, we work on projects, and we play; but most importantly, we are committed to developing our scouts into responsible citizens that will serve our communities and our nation.  I hope that you will join us in this noble endeavor.
